Elections officials across the country are warning Americans not to anticipate final election results on Election Night, but also reminding us that it won’t be the first time in our nation’s history that it’s taken days, even weeks to call a presidential race.

But, in the meantime, dozens of other Congressional, state and local races will be called in our communities in Appalachia, and we want to help you find your local results.

Below is a list of news outlets, spanning national public media, local broadcast stations and regional digital news sites, in each Appalchian state that will be reporting the 2020 election results late. Scroll to find your state and then a media outlet that you trust to bring you the latest as soon as election officials call the races.

And if you’re looking for some election-related content to read while you await the final call, check out our 2020 Election topic category, featuring our recent report on voter intimidation from Report for America corps member Chris Jones in collaboration with GroundTruth.
