“I’ve tried to retire a couple of times, but I’ve got to be doing something… It’s good tasting water. They come from all around to get it. I have a well, but this is better. They call it the healing water. I’ve been drinking this a long time. It’s special. It’s good water.”
Roland “Smiley” Shambaugh, 82, hauls 4500 gallons of water five times a day, five days a week. He picks up water from Berkeley Springs and takes it just a little ways to the bottling facility.
